More information

Three electrodes are attached to your chest and connected to a small portable ECG recorder. You should go about your usual daily activities (apart from showering and bathing) and keep a simple diary reporting any relevant symptoms and the time they occur. If you exercise daily then you should also continue with this during the 24 hour test.
